Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:-Audit Executive. 1. Physical cash verification at the allotted branch as and when visits the branch (surprise check) and any deviations of the cash or card to report and sign in the register maintained at the branch and to take signoff from the respective employee/ Manager. 2. Petty cash vouchers to verify as per cycle and submit to the branch in-charge to claim as per the statement. 3. All vouchers to check for Proper Authorized Signature and clear evidential supporting attached or not. 4. CT & MRI cases , Total Films and contrast stock verification as and when visit done but report in Excel form on monthly once / Twice 5. Physical verification of X-ray films and contrasts and stock and excel report as and when visit done or at least monthly once. 6. All department Doctor Payments monthly or as per cycle to approve after center Manager as per Prosoft software module. 7. Outstanding / DUES verification on fortnight basis and take signature of concerned person and center manager and submit the report to Audit.
