Autocad Cum Estimator

We are looking for a skilled CAD Designer cum Estimator with experience in facade works. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in AutoCAD drafting along with the ability to prepare accurate estimations and material calculations for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for facade designs (elevations, sections, and shop drawings)

Study project requirements, drawings, and specifications

Take measurements and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation

Calculate material requirements for facade systems (glass, aluminium, ACP, etc.)

Coordinate with project managers, site team, and vendors

Revise drawings and estimates as per project changes

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of drawings and estimations

Requirements:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D knowledge is an added advantage)

Experience in facade / construction / interior industry

Strong understanding of estimation and costing

Basic knowledge of materials used in facade works

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under deadlines

Experience: 1 to 3 years (Facade experience preferred)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Any relevant field
