A professional Overseas Counsellor who is responsible for helping students in building their career, and also serve as a support apparatus that enhances the growth of student both as individuals and equally as professionals. The major responsibility is to assist students in terms of course & program selection, better country within his budget, and also career planning. Responsibilities: -Developing and implement an all-encompassing educational and counseling plan. -Listening to students' academic, and professional concerns in an open and nonjudgmental way. -Conduct counseling sessions in person/online to assist students with problems or concerns. -Assess students attributes and help them realize their strengths. -Cooperate with parents and learn about their mindsets related to their kids' future. -Working directly with students (& parents) to develop solutions and set achievable goals -Providing One-on-One career guidance and skills assessment to assist with education and career development. -Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs.
