Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the implementation of the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that the software meets the needs of the organization effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software configuration.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to ensure smooth operation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Experience with configuration management tools and practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex technical documentation.
- Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
