Job Description

Responsibilites: Customer Care II Problem Solving • Languages :Telugu, English, Hindi. • Added Advantage : Experience in Medicine Field / Ayurvedic Field. • Inbound calling for customer service. • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. • Basic Computer Knowledge is Must. • Build Sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. • Provide accurate , valid and complete information by using right methods / tools. • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts. • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. • Take the extra mile to engage customers. • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. • Must have good typing skills and Computer Knowledge. • Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation. • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries. • Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints. • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests. • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
