Job Description
- Planning & Logistics: Define event requirements, develop schedules, and manage project timelines.
- Vendor Management: Research, negotiate with, and supervise vendors (caterers, decorators, AV) to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- On-site Execution: Oversee venue setup, decoration, and breakdown, acting as the key contact on event day.
- Budgeting: Build and maintain detailed budgets to avoid overruns.
- Attendee Management: Handle registration, invitations, RSVPs, and guest inquiries.
- Administration: Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, and safety regulations.
