Job Description
- On-the-Ground Sourcing: Visit busy hubs, colleges, and local markets to identify and pitch to potential candidates.
- Mass Hiring: meets or canopy activities to generate high-volume leads.
- Documentation: Collect basic KYC documents and help candidates with the app onboarding/registration process.
- Network Building: Coordinate with local contractors, community leaders, and manpower agencies.
- Reporting: Maintain a daily tracker of walk-ins and joined candidates.
