About the Role: Tranquil Web Solutions is looking for a dynamic and organised HR executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, HR operations, and overall workforce coordination. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Post job openings on portals and schedule interviews
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR policies
• Support payroll processing and HR documentation
• Manage employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline
• Prepare HR reports and MIS data
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of payroll and compliance

Qualification:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment preferred

Preferred Qualities:

• Positive attitude and professional behavior
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
