Hi, Hiring for HR MANAGER - FEMALE for a Real Estate Company in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR (Human Resource, Employee Management, Recruitments etc.) Roles and Responsibilities : Primary responsible for designing and implementation of (KPI) Key Performance Indicator and (KRA) Key Responsibility Area and maintaining audit of the same Building SOPs for all vertical and creating policies for organization management Formulating and implementing best HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention. Recruits, interviews, tests and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Maintaining & updating Employee handbook as and when required. Maintain necessary records in form of register and Excel sheet in formats of Shop and Establishment act, Labor act and as per policy. Managing and handling appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management as per HR policy. etc
