Job Description & Summary:

Job Position Title:

Director - Sales and Delivery Excellence in Agentic Automation Advisory – Hyderabad Location

Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management:

  • Identify and onboard new accounts and sell the agentic ai propositions
  • Drive account farming initiatives to expand services and deepen relationships within existing client accounts.
  • Cultivate an understanding of client business needs to identify further opportunities for value-added services.
  • Develop tailored strategies for each client that align with their long-term goals, ensuring that our solutions deliver ongoing value.

Delivery Ownership and Excellence:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of agentic projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational standards of excellence.
  • Establish delivery methodologies that ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes, driving efficiency and innovation in service delivery.
  • Facilitate regular client check-ins and feedback sessions to proactively address concerns and adapt service offerings based on evolving needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and enhance strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and opportunities to drive additional business within the client portfolio.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of service throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with project teams, data scientists, and analysts to ensure effective execution of delivery plans and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with GCC Markets team, xCompetencies, xLoS to align account strategies and discuss potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Contribute insights from client interactions to inform service development and operational improvements.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Expertise in Sales & GCC penetration
  • Expertise in Account Management
  • Strong Client Relationship Management

Preferred skill sets:

  • Experience in Process Automation, Gen Ai, Agentic
  • Understanding of the GCC landscape

Years of experience required:

12-16

Education qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / MCA
