Paradise Food Court Pvt Ltsd (Paradise Biryani) is looking for Indian cook: 1. To assist the Unit Chef/CDP in supervising the day-to-day kitchen operation/restaurant/section sub-section food production. 2. To assist the Unit Chef/CDP to ensure food quality, production and maintain & improve standards 3. Shows and instills in staff a concern for quality and expenses with food cost. 4. Is responsible for performing on the job training regularly, to maintain consistent standards. 5. Assist Cook in preparing as per the recipe standard 6. Ensures that hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained up to the Company Standards; this includes all work areas and sanitations 7. Responsible for maintaining in general the Kitchen equipments and informing the Engineering Department in case of problems in the same. 8. Should have a positive attitude, have good human relations & ability to do team work 9. Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships. 10. Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled. 11.Participates in food production as necessary in accordance with the requirements and practices of the restaurant/section
