Responsibilities: International Calling II English Communication Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling – Semi Voice (Outbound): “AR Calling is the process of initiating the calls to insurance companies, requesting for claims status for the outstanding balances on patient accounts and taking appropriate actions by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to collect the payment for services rendered in a medical facility”. Handling denial management, modifiers , rejections handling Experienced in Denial Management AR-Follow-Ups, RCM. Good understanding of Copay/Co-insurance/Deductibles Handling Medical health insurance claims like Paid/Unpaid and denials. Reviving the status of the claim on the portal and updating the same on the system Responsible for calling the insurance companies and following up on outstanding claims To report the outcome of the call in the system Follow up the guidelines and work according to the HIPPA Norms Identifying the root cause of the rejection on the claims and solve accordingly Document the appropriate action on all claims which has been analyzed and followed up Request the documents from Physician in order to re-work on denials claims Paid claims to be updated on system by posting details payment history Maintaining the monthly target and achievement report documents Maintain productivity and accuracy Knowledge on denial management
