Roles and Responsibilities • Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages and raise POs. • Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems. • Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus. • Develop an inventory tracking system to streamline our business operations. • Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential inventory issues. • Report on inventory activities and variances. • Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery. • Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
