Responsibilities and Duties • Medical Scribe needs to prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians in EHR system. • Prepares and sends all documentation to physician for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures. • Provide the highest quality of documentation to provide a hands-off-chart experience to our clients. • Since medical documentation requires accuracy and completeness, medical scribe needs an eye for detail to spot mistakes and record precise information that doctors provide them. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum 10 years of experience in medical transcription field required, preferably DUs, QAs and Proofreaders. • Excellent Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Medical Abbreviations, Clinic Workflow. • Must be willing to work in night shift (7:30 p.m. to 4 a.m.) • Good typing skills, listening skills, and comprehensive skills. • Should have excellent sentence structuring skills with grammatical knowledge. • Ability to work and thrive in pressure situations.
