Oracle EBS SCM - Techno Functional position (CRM/ Oracle Logistics)

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical inquiries regarding the use of and fix for our Electronic Support Services. A main point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and raised issues.

An opportunity exists for an experienced engineer in our global EBS organization to help provide support on CRM products for Oracle's eBusiness Suite

   In-depth experience in using or developing Oracle’s EBS products   Deep technical skills in PL/SQL,Forms, Java and Jsp.   Proven track record of complex problem solving   Comfortable working under stress   Self motivated with good communication skills, excellent verbal and written skills in English is a must!   Willing to work weekends occasionally   Willing to work in shifts if needed   Should be Customer Focused   Should be Well organized   Should be Great teammate
