Ready to work in Uttarakhand & Himachal Pradesh. Knowledge of AutoCAD. Must possess Managerial skills and ensure that all work is completed within the stipulated time. Experience of study all drawings & specifications, laying & Jointing of CS, MS, GI, DI, PVC & HDPE etc. Pipes as per approved design and drawings. Preparation of reports for Physical Infrastructure section as Existing Situation Assessment, Perspective Plan, Vision & Strategy, etc. Sending the daily work progress report to Senior management. Preparation of MIS reports, coordination with engineer-in-charge and review of various work related to planning and execution. Inspecting sites on regular basis and assuring that the work is in line with approved drawings & specifications. Auditing & checking of Bills generated by Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Vendor with physical verification of quantities at site, verifying & processing for payments as per prevailing standards.
