• To assure the standards/specifications for checking quality of raw material supplies, packing material, processed goods and manufacturing of products • To assure cleanliness and hygiene specifications for production and storage of foods • To assure that the procedures for Quality Audit activities are followed • To monitor and review food for nutritional value and microbiological quality. • Check foods for color, taste and flavor and other critical to quality parameters. • To review quality reports daily to identify critical quality issues . • Fix quality control norms for raw materials, in process and finished products, ensure review, analyze, implementation and retain master list of filter rods specifications in per laid down procedures and display at proper places. • Report non- conformity of quality norms to user departments and help organization to achieve zero defect status. • Quality assurance, food safety audits, customer complaint handling and worker trainings, online regulatory. • Involve in procedure review and propose modifications and updates. • Report monthly on supplies for QC orders involving devices, equipment and reagents.
