Job Description

  1. Client Acquisition: Your first responsibility is to attract clients who are interested in buying, selling, or renting properties. This involves networking, marketing, and advertising to generate leads.
  2. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide them with information on available properties that match their criteria.
  3. Property Marketing: Develop effective marketing strategies to promote properties you represent. This may include creating listing descriptions, taking professional photographs, producing virtual tours, and utilizing online platforms and social media.
  4. Negotiation: Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to negotiate terms and conditions of sales or leases. Your goal is to secure the best possible deal for your clients while ensuring a smooth transaction process.


Overall, being a successful real estate sales executive requires a combination of sales skills, market knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Client Representation: Represent clients during property viewings, inspections, and appraisals. Provide guidance and advice throughout the buying or selling process

Goal Setting and Reporting: Set personal and team goals for sales volume, client satisfaction, and other key performance indicators. Track your progress and provide regular reports to management
