Sales Executive

Greetings from RAD Resources. A Reputed Construction / Real Estate Company is looking for a Sales Executive -  who is responsible for helping clients buying, selling flats/ Villas by generating leads ensuring client satisfaction and legal compliance. 

Experience: Minimum 2 yrs.

Salary: 35-40,000 per month + Incentives + PF

Location: Somajiguda, Nallagandla - Hyderabad

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Generate leads, build networks (lenders, contractors), and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Property Marketing: List properties, create promotional materials, manage online presence, and host open houses/showings.
• Market Expertise: Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to advice on pricing, understand local trends, and stay updated on real estate laws.
• Sales Negotiation: Present offers, mediate negotiations, and secure favourable terms for buyers and sellers.
• Transaction Management: Prepare documents (contracts, leases, closing statements) and guide clients through the entire sales process to closing.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. 

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable with relevant experience.

·       Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

·       Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Tech

proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and online property portals.
