Title: Sales Executives This position is primarily responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure consistent growth. Responsibilities: Primary: ● Generate Leads – Calling, Internet Research, Physical research of retail stores, visit trade fairs and exhibitions, etc. ● Prepare database of clients to target and constantly add new clients to the list ● Identify key point of contacts (POCs) in the client company on LinkedIn and other websites ● Cold calling the key contacts in the client database to pitch company and products ● Periodic follow ups with the client POCs on the leads and identifying requirements ● Field Visits for revisiting old clients and soliciting new clients. ● Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure they are retained ● Initiate sales introduction emails, calls, social media, presentations and approach clients for meetings. ● In conjunction with your manager, negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices ● Attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. Secondary: ● Manage digital marketing response in a timely fashion. ● Analyze sales, marketing metrics and forecast market trends. ● Research market to identify new opportunities ● Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products ● Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction ● Implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets. ● CRM- Lead management, activities and Impact reporting to Manager. Requirements ● 0-3 years of experience ● Should be interested in field based sales and marketing from lead generation to closing transaction. ● Showcases entrepreneurial spirit and loves challenges ● Familiar with MS Office (PPT, Word Document, and Excel) and Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides ● Familiarity with Social media – LinkedIn & Instagram ● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and Networking skills ● Strong analytical skills and market research skills ● Any degree in Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, Arts or relevant field Renumeration: CTC: 2,40,000/- to 3,00,000/- + Sales Incentives + group Personal Accident/ Mediclaim Insurance Policy. (All local Travel & business development expenditure will be reimbursed as per company policy. ) Location: 1. Sales Office in Balanagar, Kukatpally or Madhapur for Hyderabad.
