Bakery & Confectionery 1. Direct reporting to head chef or pastry chef 2. Managing meal activities in various sections of the kitchen 3. Ensuring the food items are cooked as per the order 4. Guiding the kitchen staff appropriately 5. Preventing any kind of delay in the food service 6. Ensuring the food is stored in proper cabinets and dedicated store 7. Kitchen cleanliness and maintenance 8. Adhering to all the food hygiene and sanitation process within their areas TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. 2 months’ notice period is mandatory in case of resignation 2. Full and final clearance will be happening after 45 days from the date of last working day 3. Relieving letter & experience letter will be given at the time of full and final clearance 4. Any kind of harassment or misbehave against the ethics won’t be entertained in such cases there will be termination given with immediate effect from the organization 5. Working hours will be 11 hours per day 6. 4 weekly offs will be given in a month and that will be not fixed, depending on schedule or outlet operations 7. In case of personal leaves 48 hours prior notice is mandatory and should be informed to concerned person 8. 6 months will be probation period, candidates will be able to take the benefits given by the company once they complete their probation period
