Job Description As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for working hand in hand with the design and marketing team, aiding with the creation of assets, then bringing them to life and delivering high quality and innovative motion graphic content that seamlessly integrates with both marketing & social as well as elearning solutions. This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. You will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Create animated social media posts/ videos • Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables • Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic report • Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc • Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives • Assist in selecting audio, video, colours, animations, etc, for graphic design • Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines • Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards Strong grip on tools like After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Photoshop Work experience: 3-5 years of hands on experience in Video and Motion graphic development in a fast-paced environment
