Senior OpenText Exstream Lead

Opentext Exstream • Design, develop, and enhance OpenText Exstream applications for high-volume, personalized customer communications. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, templates, and data mappings. • Build and maintain Exstream templates, rules, and components to ensure accuracy, reusability, and performance. • Integrate Exstream solutions with ECM platforms for content retrieval, storage, and lifecycle management. • Perform unit testing, support system/integration testing, and collaborate with QA to resolve defects efficiently. • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes and optimizations. • Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards, version control practices, and documentation quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Minimum Qualifications: • B.Tech or equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5–9 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Exstream development. • Experience working with ECM concepts and integrations (content storage, retrieval, metadata, and governance). • Proven ability to gather requirements, create technical designs, and deliver end-to-end implementations. • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in debugging, performance tuning, and production support. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience designing scalable document composition solutions for regulated or high-volume environments. • Strong understanding of content lifecycle management and best practices for ECM integration patterns. • Ability to mentor team members, guide implementation approaches, and contribute to solution architecture discussions. • Exposure to automation and streamlined release practices to improve quality and delivery speed. • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and leadership stakeholders.
