Fresher Salary 15690/- + Incentives 10000/-

Those who have 1 or 2 + Years Experience in Water Purifier Knowledge will be considered for Experience candidate.

Experience Candidate Salary structure: Rs 20,000 fixed (or minimum wages whichever is higher) contingent to 25 day attendance in a month + Rs 3,000 petrol allowance + incentives as elaborated below:

1.       Calls up to 100 in one month: Rs 10 incentive per call. For 100 calls, this amount comes to Rs 1,000. Total pay would be Rs 20,000 + Rs 3,000 + Rs 1,000 = Rs 24,000

2.       Calls between 101 to 125 in one month: Rs 40 incentive per call. For 125 calls, this amount comes to Rs 5,000. Total pay would be Rs 20,000 + Rs 3,000 + Rs 5,000 = Rs 28,000

3.       Calls between 126 to 150 in one month: Rs 50 incentive per call. For 150 calls, this amount comes to Rs 7,500. Total pay would be Rs 20,000 + Rs 3,000 + Rs 7,500 = Rs 30,500

4.       Calls greater than 150 in one month: Rs 70 incentive per call. For 200 calls, this amount comes to Rs 14,000. Total pay would be Rs 20,000 + Rs 3,000 + Rs 14,000 = Rs 37,000.
