Store Associate

The Store Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily retail operations at The Organic World. The role involves product handling, billing support, inventory assistance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience aligned with the brand’s organic and sustainable values.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries
• Educate customers about organic products, benefits, and usage
• Handle customer feedback, queries, and basic complaints professionally

Store Operations

• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
• Replenish shelves and ensure proper product display and labeling
• Check product quality, freshness, expiry dates, and packaging

Billing & POS

• Operate the billing counter (POS machines, cash/card/UPI payments)
• Handle cash accurately and manage daily billing reports
• Assist during peak hours to ensure quick checkouts

Inventory & Stock Management

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and organizing stock
• Participate in stock counts and inventory audits
• Report low stock levels and damaged items to the Store Manager

Compliance & Safety

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and organic handling standards
• Adhere to company policies and retail SOPs

Eligibility & SkillsQualifications

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass
• Freshers and candidates with retail experience are welcome
