Tele Sales Officer — Job Description
🏢 Company: Reliance General Insurance
📍 Location: Beside Rasoolpura metro station, Hyderabad
🕘 Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday Week Off)
💰 Salary: Fresher - 15000 CTC 13500 Take Home
Experience Salary - up to 27000 CTC
Incentives Up to 1 Lakh/ Month
Take-home + PF
📞 Process: Outbound Calling
✅ Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans
Maintain daily call records and follow-ups in the system
Achieve monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries professionally
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Inter & Above
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
Languages required: English + Telugu, Hindi + English, Kannada + English , Tamil + English
NOTE :-Candidates who can speak (Tamil/ Kannada) can get an additional 1,500/-Rs on their Take-Home
