Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in automotive sales.
Responsibilities:
· Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice and guidance on vehicle options, features, and benefits.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
· Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase vehicle capabilities and features effectively.
· Effectively manage the sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
· Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales techniques, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth.
· Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
· Proven track record in automotive sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a dealership setting.
· Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
· A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
· A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
