Required Experience: 5 – 8 Yrs Job Description: • Graduation / Post Graduation in Science / Engineering • Should have 6-9 years’ experience in UX assessment, UX design, prototyping, wire-framing. • Should have 2 to 5 years proficiency in using UX tools such as Adobe CS5; PowerPoint; Cell Apps; XML; HTML; CSS; Axure; Balsamiq; OmniGraffle; UXPin; Sketch; • Hands-on Experience in doing UX review of existing products/platforms and contributing to new product/platform design • Must be an excellent verbal and visual communicator, with the flexibility and patience to try new things. They must understand the way viewers use a particular website/platform/product • Ability to combine strong analytical and technical skills with business skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders • Experience in Agile/Scrum Methodologies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Prior Experience in designing solution architecture and supporting pre-sales pursuits is desired. Key competencies: • Functional Domain: Exposure to the U.S Healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage. • Process: Working experience in the Agile SCRUM methodologies. • Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A Location: Hyderabad
