• Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications. • Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.) • Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description • Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level. • Ensuring candidate is available and ready to take up the position. • Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirement. • Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position. • Arranging client interviews and completing required paper work if candidate gets selected for the position • Acting as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with consultant. • Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner. • Should have enough Experience on W2 tax term with direct Clients • Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment Sourcing & screening potential IT candidates for full time & contract openings Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements • Must have prior experience in hiring, US Citizens & Permanent Residents nationwide, and to an extent H1-B professional. • Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies. • Should have worked on direct client requirements. • Should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
