Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Hindi Process – Airtel)

Process Type: Inbound & OutboundCompany: Airvincible Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Indore MP

Job Overview:We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the Airtel Hindi Process. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


  • Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls related to Airtel services (billing, recharge, plans, complaints, etc.)
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or service-related communication
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently within defined timelines
  • Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets (quality, productivity, conversion if applicable)
  • Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
  • Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of English (preferred)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
  • Skills Required:Strong communication skills (Hindi)
