Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist customers regarding orders, payments, delivery issues, and app-related queries
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company policies and quality standards during calls
