Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Hindi Process – Airtel)
Process Type: Inbound & OutboundCompany: Airvincible Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Indore MP
Job Overview:We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the Airtel Hindi Process. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls related to Airtel services (billing, recharge, plans, complaints, etc.)
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or service-related communication
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers
- Resolve customer issues efficiently within defined timelines
- Maintain proper call records and update CRM systems
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets (quality, productivity, conversion if applicable)
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Fluency in Hindi (mandatory)
- Basic understanding of English (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
- Skills Required:Strong communication skills (Hindi)
- Problem-solving ability
- Active listening skills
- Basic computer knowledge
