Roles & Responsibilities: - Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts related to Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the industry. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Contact Center Technology Capabilities.Contact Center Technology Operations ; Avaya Voice Solution; VOIP; - Experience in designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions. - Strong understanding of networking and security principles. - Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
