Job Description – Medical Sales Representative (MSR)
- Company: Samson Scientifics & Surgicals Pvt. Ltd.

- Location: Assigned Territory
Role Objective
- Drive Secondary Sales and Market growth in the assigned territory
- Build brand presence and ensure Market Growth
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Hospitals, Clinic, Rehabilitation Centre and Chemists as per daily beat plan
- Promote company products and communicate USPs vs Competitors
- Convert Non-prescribing Doctors through regular follow-ups
- Achieve Monthly Primary & Secondary Sales Targets
- Ensure Product availability at chemists and stockists
- Coordinate with distributors for Order booking & secondary push
- Attend OTs / CMEs / field activities when required
- Maintain Daily call reports and share market feedback
Candidate Profile
- Education: Diploma, Graduate / D. Pharm / B. Pharm / B. Sc / MBA
- Experience: 0–5 years in medical / pharma sales
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
- Mandatory: Two-wheeler & valid driving license
- Willing to work full-time in the field
Skills Required
- Strong Communication & Doctor handling skills
- Basic understanding of Primary & Secondary Sales
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated
