Softstandard Solutions is hiring US Recruiters (Freshers to Experienced) to join our growing recruitment team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to start or advance their career in US staffing.
Position: US Recruiter
Experience: Freshers/ Experienced
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Night Shift)
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for US requirements
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews and managing follow-ups
• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Working closely with internal teams to meet hiring targets
Eligibility Criteria:
• Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work in US night shifts
• Knowledge of US recruitment is an added advantage.
