We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – HR to lead human resource operations across our Indore and Ratlam locations.

This role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of compliances, and experience managing a large workforce in a structured organization.

 *Key Requirements:*

Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HR role

Proven experience handling 1000+ employees in a multi-location setup

Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and labour laws

Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting systems

Strong capabilities in HR operations, employee engagement & performance management

Willingness to travel across Indore, Ratlam & other locations

 *Key Responsibilities* :

Oversee end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations

Ensure compliance with statutory and labour regulations

Drive HR policies, systems, and process improvements

Partner with business leaders on strategic HR initiatives

Monitor workforce productivity, discipline, and organizational development
