Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Role:We are seeking a highly professional Front Desk Accounts Executive who can seamlessly handle customer interaction along with advanced accounting, taxation, and financial operations in a jewellery showroom environment.

Working Hours:

10:30 AM onwards till last customer is attended

• Flexible closing based on business requirements
• Key Responsibilities:Manage front office operations with premium customer handling
• Perform billing, invoicing, and cash/credit transaction management
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries with accuracy
• Handle stock-related accounting for gold, diamond, and jewellery items
• Prepare daily sales reports, ledger reconciliation, and MIS reports
• Work on Tally (with GST configuration and reporting)
• Ensure proper GST billing, filing support, and compliance
• Monitor receivables, payables, and vendor accounts
• Coordinate with CA/auditors for financial documentation
• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial data
• Professional Knowledge & Skills Required:Strong understanding of Accounting Principles (Journal, Ledger, Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet)
• In-depth knowledge of GST (billing, input/output, returns basics)
• Experience in jewellery accounting (gold purity, wastage, making charges, stock valuation)
• Advanced working knowledge of Tally (Tally Prime preferred)
• Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic MIS reporting)
• Understanding of taxation compliance and audit support
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling ability

Preferred Candidate:

Commerce graduate (B.Com/M.Com/CA preferred)

• 2–5 years experience in retail/jewellery showroom accounts.
• Experience with POS billing systems and inventory handling.
