Job Description
We are looking for a Manager – Founder's Office who will act as the right hand to the founder, managing day-to-day operations, client relationships, e-commerce, and communications. This is a generalist leadership role that demands both strategic thinking and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end client relations — onboarding, communication, follow-ups, and retention
- - Handle all official email communication on behalf of the founder and the company
- - Oversee e-commerce operations including listings, order management, vendor coordination, and performance tracking
- - Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring tasks are delegated, tracked, and completed on time
- - Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for the founder
- - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth business operations
- - Identify operational gaps and proactively suggest improvements
- - Support in business development, partnerships, and special projects as assigned by the founder
Who We're Looking For:
- B.Tech / B.E. and/or MBA (any specialization) from a recognized institute
- - 1–3 years of experience in operations, business management, e-commerce, or a similar role (freshers with exceptional skills may apply)
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- - Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- - Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- - High ownership mindset — someone who treats the business as their own
- - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
