Job SummaryWe are seeking a result-oriented Business Development Excutive (BDE) responsible for end-to-end sales (pre-sales to post-sales), including lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth.

This role requires a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Sales & Business Development (Pre-Sales)Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, field visits, and digital channels
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable communication solutions
  • Pitch and sell Globe Communication services, including:
  • Bulk SMS
  • WhatsApp Business API
  • Google RCS
  • Bulk Voice & IVR
  • AI Voice Bots & Automation Solutions
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings (virtual & in-person)
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations
  • 2. Lead Handling & Conversion Manage inbound and outbound leads efficiently
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to drive closures
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals within company guidelines
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • 3. Client Handling & Post-Sales ManagementEnsure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Act as a single point of contact for client coordination
  • Collaborate with technical/support teams for service delivery
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • 4. Market Intelligence & ReportingTrack industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
  • Share actionable insights with management
  • Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales reports
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English)
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on targets and closures
  • Ability to explain technical products in simple business language
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing / messaging platforms preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional email communication
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented
  • Qualification & ExperienceGraduate in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply
