Role Overview

As a Client Relationship & Engagement Specialist, you will be the bridge between our brand and our clients. This hybrid role demands both strategic relationship-building and hands-on content creation. You will craft client communications, manage engagement initiatives, and design compelling content that reflects Predusk’s vision and value.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for client queries, collaborations, and onboarding support.
• Conceptualize and design engaging content — social media posts, presentations, proposals, case studies, and digital collaterals — for client communications and marketing campaigns.
• Partner with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align messaging and brand tone.
• Coordinate engagement activities such as client appreciation events, webinars, and product showcases.
• Track client feedback and insights to inform strategy and improve touchpoints.
• Maintain high responsiveness and professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Design, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in client servicing, engagement, or B2B marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable creating branded content.
• Proficiency in content tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, etc.) and CRM systems.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under tight timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
