We are seeking a result-oriented Collection Supervisor to oversee and manage the debt recovery process. The role involves leading a team of collection executives, ensuring timely collections, reducing delinquency, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor a team of field collection agents.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve collection targets.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies in debt recovery.
- Handle escalations and negotiate with defaulting customers for payment settlements.
- Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance.
- Coordinate with Feld team.
- Maintain MIS reports and share collection analytics with senior management.
- Train and guide the team on collection techniques and compliance standards.
- Maintain cordial and professional relationships with customers while ensuring timely recovery.
