Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and disciplined Office Boy to support daily administrative and housekeeping tasks in the office. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, and preparing and serving beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, washrooms, and meeting rooms
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors in a timely manner
- Ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of utensils, cups, and pantry area
- Handle office errands such as document delivery within or outside the office
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic clerical work as required
- Support in arranging meeting rooms and ensuring required setup before meetings
- Manage and replenish office supplies and pantry stock when needed
- Open and close office premises as per schedule
