Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage
  • and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Handle product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates
  • Monitor daily orders, returns, and customer queries
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
  • Manage online promotions, discounts, and campaign execution
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare reports
  • Ensure product images and content are accurate and attractive
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolution
  • Work with marketing team for digital campaigns (SEO, ads, social media)
