Responsibilities: Manage the company's presence on online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy, and Amazon.com. Create and optimize product listings to maximize visibility and sales. Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the company's reach on online marketplaces. Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotions and campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Handle customer inquiries and feedback on marketplace platforms in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with marketplace trends, policies, and best practices. Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues related to marketplace integration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly in managing online marketplaces. Strong knowledge of eBay, Etsy, and Amazon.com marketplace platforms. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
