eCommerce Operations Manager

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage daily website operations, order processing, logistics coordination, and marketplace performance. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth backend functioning to deliver a seamless customer experience.

This role is crucial in maintaining operational excellence, reducing RTOs, improving dispatch timelines, and supporting business growth.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Order ManagementMonitor and process daily website & marketplace orders.

• Coordinate with warehouse for timely packing and dispatch.
• Ensure 24–48 hour dispatch compliance.
• Manage COD confirmation and reduce RTO%.
• 2. Inventory ManagementMaintain real-time inventory accuracy across website & marketplaces.
• Coordinate stock updates with production team.
• Prevent overselling and stock-outs.
• Monitor fast-moving and low-stock SKUs.
• 3. Logistics & ShippingCoordinate with courier partners.
• Monitor NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) and ensure quick resolution.
• Reduce RTO through proactive follow-ups.
• Track delivery performance and escalation handling.
• 4. Website OperationsUpload new products with correct descriptions, pricing & images.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and discount configurations.
• Monitor payment gateway performance.
• Test checkout flow regularly.
• 5. Customer Experience CoordinationWork closely with customer support for order issues.
• Ensure smooth exchange & return process.
• Analyze common complaints and suggest process improvements.
• 6. Reporting & AnalysisTrack daily sales, dispatch rate, RTO%, return rate.
• Prepare weekly operations performance reports.
• Suggest operational improvements for higher efficiency.
