Job Description

Maxcon Pest Control LLP, Jaipur is hiring an Executive Assistant – Backend Operations & Field Coordination to manage daily office operations and support field execution. The role includes client communication and follow-ups, AMC renewal tracking, documentation management, inventory monitoring, and preparation of daily/weekly reports. The ideal candidate should be organized, disciplined, follow-up oriented, and comfortable handling field staff and client communication. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, and documentation is mandatory. Graduate female candidates aged 35+ years with 1–3 years of experience in service industry, operations, or admin roles are preferred. This position is critical to ensuring smooth operations, and professional service delivery.
