Job Description
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
Monitor workflow, output, and efficiency of production lines
Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
Assign tasks and schedules to workers and operators
Train, guide, and evaluate production staff
Maintain adherence to safety policies and procedures
Identify and resolve production issues or delays
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime
Prepare production reports and performance metrics
Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce waste
