Job Summary:

Ghar Aangan Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a result-oriented and experienced Purchase Manager to oversee and manage all procurement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery to support ongoing interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.

Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers for quality, pricing, and delivery.

Negotiate contracts and maintain cost-effective purchase rates.

Coordinate with design and project teams to forecast material requirements.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and costs.

Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues.

Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.

Implement best practices in procurement and supplier management.

• Strategic Sourcing:
• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships. 
• Cost Management:
• Analyzing market trends, negotiating favorable prices, and controlling procurement costs. 
• Procurement Planning:
• Developing and implementing procurement policies, procedures, and plans to align with business objectives. 
• Inventory Management:
• Tracking inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring timely delivery. 
• Supplier Relationship Management:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, resolving disputes, and ensuring supplier performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchase Manager, preferably in the interior design, construction, or furniture industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or procurement software.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of local material suppliers (especially in interiors & furniture).

Strong analytical and cost management skills.

Team collaboration and vendor relationship management. Responsible for managing the company's procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.
