Job Description of Sales Executives

·        Promote and sell company products at assigned locations.

·        Develop engaging sales pitches for different target customers.

·        Collect customer contact information and follow up with leads.

·        Gets the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc).

·        Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Monitor competitor sales strategies.

·        Evaluate customer’s needs of Water Ionizer & provide suggestions and build long lasting client relationships.

·        Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments of the Product.

·        Maintain the customer database.

·        Complete mandatory product and compliance training.

Skills

Ø Proven sales experience of high-end products.

Ø Track record of over-achieving targets.

Ø Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Ø Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management of product sale.

Ø Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ø Computer use competency.

Ø Good time management skills and team player.

Ø Self-motivated and driven.
