*Job Title: Service Engineer/Technician - Centrifugal Pump*

*Location:* Rajasthan Region, with frequent travel required

*Salary:* 1.8 to 3.0 lacs per annum, plus sales and travel benefits

*Responsibilities:*

- Provide technical support and service for centrifugal pumps supplied by Kirloskar Brothers Limited and Advance Cooling Tower Pvt Limited.

- Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair services for centrifugal pumps at customer sites across the Rajasthan Region.

- Diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of products and services.

- Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with the products and services provided.

- Keep accurate records of service activities, including service reports, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory.

- Stay updated on product knowledge, technical specifications, and industry trends related to centrifugal pumps.

*Requirements:*

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience as a service engineer or technician in the pump industry, preferably with centrifugal pumps.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the Rajasthan Region.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
