Job Description
• Coordination with all contractors for smooth execution of works
• Day-to-day site supervision and overall oversight of construction activities
• Ensuring site decorum and discipline among workforce
• Material handling, stock position checks, and proper storage management
• Material estimation, forecasting future requirements, and timely ordering of materials
• Guidance on safety protocols and ensuring labour safety compliance
• Cross-checking measurements for billing and verification purposes
• Coordination with multiple agencies working on site to avoid delays and ensure timelines are met
• Monitoring workflow against PERT charts and maintaining speed of execution
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications
• Reporting daily progress and challenges to Project Manager/Management
