Social Media Manager

Job description:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing audience engagement, and driving traffic and conversions through social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Youtube
• Monitor trends and optimize content for engagement and growth
• Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, reviews)
• Run paid social campaigns and manage ad budgets
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and advertising tools
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with influencer marketing
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills
• Experience managing e-commerce or brand accounts
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
